My name is Mike Jewell and I am an international health and wellness coach. I have helped thousands of people achieve their health goals by following my daily method.
I help busy people with a very easy to follow daily method that allows them the freedom to live their lives without out having to count calories, exercise or having to do an extreme elimination diets.
For me, growing up in a very fast pace household, with full time working parents, daily baseball practices, and other special events, that made running through drive-thru my whole life.
Then, when I turned 40, my health struggles started with being pre-diabetic, having high cholesterol, dealing with server gout and the worst was thinking my best years were behind me.
I was unable to improve or reverse my results on my own through diet and exercise.
This was a scary path for me, being a former NCAA athlete and now I was not able to exercise it off.
The worst was that my poor health started to impact me socially and physically; this wasn’t who I wanted to be or especially my family.
Now, I tried everything, including juicing, eliminating foods, eating all raw veggies, and the list goes on.
One day after trying everything under the sun to try to reverse what I have done to my body, a friend introduced me to this daily method.
I made the decision that I could try anything for 30 days, and now 9 years later I have never looked back.
Within the first 30 days, my energy increased, I was sleeping better, I wasn’t grouchy toward my kids, and I was loosing stubborn fat that I have never lost before.
